Awesome Phantom Phan Collections!
I have been searching high and low for Phantom memorabilia on the net for years now. Over the years I have found other Phan's websites that list their incredible collections. Now I want to share them on this blog~

One Of my Biggest Weaknesses...
When I started collecting Phantom memorabilia, I had the souvenir brochure I purchased when I saw ALW's Phantom in the theater years ago. However, I never realized how popular and sought after these brochures are!
Depending on if you live in the UK or USA, these collectibles have slightly different names. Here in the US, we call them souvenir brochures, which is a book that has colored photos of the cast in costume on stage. Then there is the playbill, which is smaller and has the biographies about each cast member, and they also have ads for other shows or companies in them as well. These are usually always in black and white. But in the UK, souvenir brochures are usually called "brochures." The playbills are called "programs" or "souvenir programmes." In some instances, some of these theater brochures/souvenir brochures will actually have both the brochure AND playbill all in one. I have noticed that some of the non US brochures have those.
You wouldn't think these theater books would be so popular but again, they are highly sought after. I myself have a fairly big collection but am lacking many! It's fun to get the ones from other countries, particularly from Japan- they books are a lot bigger and the pictures are very beautifully done. I have just about any country at this point, however the one I seek is from Phantom's (ALW) short run in Belgium. Since the run was so short lived, there weren't as many brochures that circulated. Most phans that I have communicated with don't have this particular brochure. I hope someday and cross my fingers that I will find this one! :-)
